强化燃烧和电除尘后的高粉尘浓度应用
浊度法粉尘测量技术是成熟的、并被广发认可的、适用于较高粉尘浓度测量的应用,特别适合电力、钢铁和水泥工业中燃烧过程的强燃烧过程或电除尘器后粉尘浓度的测量。
该技术的核心特点是:
- 单通道测量,用于简单的不透明度度(颜色)测量。
- 符合USEPA PS-1要求的双通道测量(可选项)
工作原理
光源(通常是一个LED)发出的光穿透烟气中的粉尘,到达接收器,接收器测量透射光的量。在单通道仪表中,接收器安装在烟道的另一侧,而在双通仪表(符合EPA PS-1标准)中,光通过烟道内远端的反射器反射回收发器。浊度法仪器可设计用于测量两个参数:
- 首先,根据简单公式测量烟道内的不透明度(烟道黑度):不透明度=100*(1-接收光/透射光)
- 第二,烟道消光度的测量,对于特定类型的粉尘和粉尘尺寸,其与粉尘浓度呈线性关系:消光度=log(接收光/透射光)

- 与其他浊度法仪表相比,PCME的PS-1兼容仪器具有较低的长期零点漂移,这意味着它可以用于监测直径5米烟囱中低至10毫克/立方米的粉尘水平,而不会受到零点漂移的影响,零点漂移会在校准仪器时引起误差。

高质量保证特性
PCME的双通道浊度法仪器满足美国EPA PS-1标准要求的一系列质量保证特性:
- 自动浊度零点检查,当镜子在末端镜头后面自动插入光束时,通过测量信号来检测收发器的性能。
- 自动量程检查,以检查仪器是否能够正确测量由插入零反射镜前面的光学滤光片引起的衰减。
- 可手动插入标定滤光片进行零点和线性检查。
